I'm a learning and talent development leader with more than 20 years in corporate learning, most of it at TELUS and Bell. I've led learning teams and built programs for people leaders, sales teams and new hires, with results tied to the business. Those include an onboarding program that lifted core sales metrics by 10% to 25%, and a career program where 78% of participants advanced within two years. I'm an author in the ATD Action Guide to Talent Development, bilingual in English and French, and based in Vancouver.
